Citibet is a scam website. DO NOT USE THEM! Here is my experience:
1. Signed up without issue.
2. Deposited money into account without issue.
3. None of their products loaded, just a blank screen.
4. Tried to close my account and was told that in order to do that and get my money back I had to send in ID documents and bank account statements!!
So after lying to me, they then stole my money, they then attempted to steal my identity. They are nothing more than common criminals.

This is standard practice for all online gambling outlets.
What exactly am I customer of? None of their products load. How I know it is a scam is simple: because before I could sign up to their products I had to deposit money. Had they allowed me to sign up to their products without depositing then I would have known they didn’t work and obviously would not have deposited 5o bucks.
They told me I had to deposit 50 bucks to access their products. The products then didn’t work and in order for me to get my 50 bucks back I have to send in ID and financial documentation. Clearly they think I am mad. If I think they have scammed me the first time why on Earth would I risk being scammed a second time?
I have been gambling for 35 years and never ever have I been asked to send in bank statements in order to close an account or withdraw my funds. Never in 35 years; this is the first time. I have had to prove my identity a number of times over the years as part of KYC regulations but NEVER have I been asked to send bank statements. I never ever would send bank statements anyway, even if this was totally legitimate. Why would you put having a bet above your financial security!? That is totally bonkers and a clear sign of a gambling problem.
